Soka Suites is a hotel located near DFW Airport, positioned primarily as a convenient option for travelers. With limited upsell opportunities and a focus on providing simple, comfortable accommodations, Soka competes in a market dominated by major hotel chains.

Soka faced a significant challenge: 75% of its bookings came through OTAs, with only 25% coming from direct channels. Our objective was to reduce this dependence on OTAs without sacrificing revenue targets.
